FAQs

Do you carry out repairs/servicing/maintenance?

We absolutely provide repairs, servicing and maintenance to customers who have purchased from us. Just give us a call to arrange a time to pop down, or for us to come and visit, and we can assess any issues and get you moving again.

We will do our best to accommodate mobility purchased elsewhere, however, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that this will always be possible due to parts and availability.

Can you do a home visit?

We acknowledge that not all customers can travel to us easily. Our engineers are based both in the workshop and out on the road to visit you at home. This includes the first assessment stage, servicing of your equipment and repair also.

Will my scooter/chair fit in my car?

We work closely with both private and Motability customers from start to finish to ensure that before committing to a vehicle, we know and can ensure your item is suited to your vehicle.

What are your opening hours and how can we find you?

Our opening hours in Cheltenham are Monday to Friday from 9am until 5pm for appointments.

For Bristol and West, our phone lines are open from Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

Do you accept NHS Wheelchair vouchers?

We do accept NHS wheelchair vouchers. As long as the voucher is valid and meets your needs following assessment. We have a wide range of chairs available for your perusal also.

Do you have a showroom we can visit?

Yes, our showroom is available to visit, simply give us a call to book an appointment and pop along.

Do you have suitable parking?

We have parking available at the front of the showroom, providing easy access from car to door. We have people available to help you to and from your vehicle, should you need it.

Do you stock lightweight products?

We have a variety of lightweight products from everyday living aids to transit wheelchairs with a wide range of products available to suit your requirements. We are able to offer assessments based upon your needs to ensure you are purchasing the correct product to continue your independence.

Can we try a product and buy it there and then?

All of our products within the showroom are new and available for purchase. We are happy to assess and provide the product on the day, with a no pressure approach.

If you’re in any doubt as to whether a product feels right for you, you are more than welcome to come back and our team will never pressure you to purchase on the day. We also offer a home assessment to make sure the equipment benefits your home environment.

What sort of warranty do we get?

All new products come with 12 months warranty. We are also able to provide extended warranty through our partner, Mark Bates. They are able to provide warranty cover and insurance also which we strongly recommend.

Do you sell second hand items?

We have a variety of second hand products on site. They will be fully serviced and assessed before they are made available for sale. Warranty packages are available for second hand products also. On pre-owned items that meet certain criteria, we may offer a part-exchange, however this is subject to conditions, for safety reasons.

Do you do made-to-measure items?

We have a varied array of made-to-measure items, from rise & recliner armchairs to power chairs and manual wheelchairs. These are all assessed onsite whether that’s at our showroom or at your home. With bespoke stairlifts, and other products, we ensure home visits are made to maintain fit for your needs.
